BUILDING PERMITS

The Summit County and Park City Building Departments require Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District sigh-off before issuing building permits within SBWRD's service area. This is typically accomplished by providing an SBWRD impact fee receipt to the building department.

Follow these steps to obtain an impact fee receipt:

1. Download and complete the appropriate Wastewater Service Application.
2. Email the completed application with all the required attachments to permits@sbwrd-ut.gov
3. SBWRD will review the application, plans, and other documentation.
4. SBWRD will provide and Impact Fee Calculation sheet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              (In some cases, additional impact fees will not be required. SBWRD will then issue a "Zero Receipt" as our sign-off.)
5. Pay required Impact Fees (in necessary) and obtain the SBWRD impact fee receipt.
